In conjunction with our associates we have been involved with designing and manufacturing Load Cells and related monitoring equipment for many years. We are highly regarded in this field and our advice is frequently sought to provide solutions for our customer's problems. We have steadily expanded our product range, with the assistance of specialised input from our engineering and electronic associates.
Our combined knowledge and experience enables our company to provide solutions for the majority of our customer's applications. We are a non-aligned manufacturer and distributor of electronic equipment. As we are not tied to any one manufacturer, we are free to specify the best products for our customer's requirements.

Miniature 4 - 20 mA PCB (Printed Circuit Board)
We manufacture several designs of these PCB’s. When seeking information please supply specifications of your Load Cell, the mill Volt output and your intended application. We can supply Displays with 4 – 20mV outputs and these may be more suitable for your application.

Can be supplied with cable attached handheld readout and carry case.

Compression Load Cells
These Compact Ring – Torsion Load Cells provide high accuracy even for very small utilization ranges. The high output signal provides a high resolution of useful signal range. The design is sturdy with minimal effect on accuracy by side forces. These cells will operate under very harsh environmental conditions. Several mounting structures are available to suit most applications.
Load Pins
Available in Tool Steel and Stainless Steel with Digital Indicators. Load Pins are individually manufactured to suit your project. They can be supplied with 4 – 20mA outputs to connect directly into PLC equipment. Standard capacities are 2t – 100t, however other capacities can be manufactured. 'S' Cells

Simple reliable design.

The design is simple. Three precision roller bearing sheaves are mounted in a rigid frame. The rope to be monitored is threaded through the sheaves. As tension increases the centre sheave applies pressure against the load pin load cell. This force is transmitted as an electrical signal to the display as a direct reading of the line tension.
